Art is a precious gift, a privilege, and an obligation. A means to uncover layers within ourselves and share that with others.
Art is an exploration of truth, an egoless experience. It’s a sacred space and practice that permits me to step out of myself and into the unknown with a brave leap of faith, courage, and vulnerability.
Art for me is a humbling and centering practice, one that allows for uncovering self-truths and a greater meaning of self, God, and humanity.
When I paint, I try to remain in the space of freedom and questioning, while making room for answers to surface on my canvas, accepting what comes with an open heart and clear conscience.
There is something very raw triggered within art that encourages us to go beyond the superficial, to go deeper. My hope is that by sharing my art I give others the courage and permission to also peel back layers within themselves, look within, question, and understand spiritual truths.
It’s my wish to demonstrate that anyone can start creating, we all have that innate ability within.
